Canadian Food and Wine Institute – Seed to Plate
In the summer of 2015 Niagara College’s Culinary and Horticulture Divisions joined forces to seed, nurture, grow, harvest, clean, prepare and serve a salad for 800 people at the International Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration.
