One thing I would point out is the practicality of the things being taught, in Labour Relations I had simulations with Laura Bond, interview demos by Susan Ehlert and many other amazing tutors made it hands on and easy to understand. This certainly made me feel confident in my abilities to perform my job responsibilities.

From student, to board member, to staff, Joy has experienced many walks of life at Niagara College. While enrolled in the Business Administration – Human Resources program Joy was elected to the Board of Governors in her second semester. This opportunity allowed for her to develop skills in the corporate world and provide a means to networking in Niagara.

Agunbiade would take advantage of a co-op placement through NC enabling her to get her foot in the door working with a local recruitment agency. After working her way up, Agunbiade would land a career as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at The Ottawa Hospital – L’Hôpital d’Ottawa.
